Acceptance of Terms
The following terms and conditions of use of the application (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) apply to its access and use.
Every digital user must read them before visiting or using it to be informed about them. In case of disagreement with the Terms and Conditions, the user must not use the website and mobile application (hereinafter “Applications”); otherwise, by accessing or using it, it is considered that the visitor/user has full knowledge of the Terms and Conditions, as described herein, and expressly accepts them.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the entire content of the digital application.
Purpose
The purpose of the Applications is to inform visitors about the activities developed by the METARTUM application within the framework of its purposes. Specifically, visitors/digital users through the Applications will be informed about cultural activities, the intangible cultural heritage of Psiloritis, and digital cultural activities developed.
Additionally, each visitor has the opportunity to communicate with us by completing the contact form available in the Applications and the official management website http://www.androidus.gr.
Use
Users of the Applications must not engage in illegal, unfair, or abusive use of the content and services provided through it, and must refrain from any act or omission that may cause harm to the digital application or third parties.
Liability
We have made every effort and care to create applications that ensure easy and practical use by visitors and ensure their protection. Users acknowledge and accept that we have no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of the digital application or for any technical problems that may occur during the stay on the website or its use, or in case, for any reason, access to the digital application is not possible. In any case, we guarantee that we will attempt to immediately resolve any issues that may arise. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any liability for any damages or losses that may be caused in connection with the Website and does not apply to cases where, by law, limitation or exclusion of our liability is not permitted.

Their appearance on the Applications does not, under any circumstances, constitute a license or right of use granted by them.

The Applications collect personal data only when the visitor communicates with us through the form available on the official management website of the application http://www.androidus.gr. In this case, user’s name, surname, and email address are collected. The legal basis that allows us to collect and process the user’s personal data is Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), according to which processing is lawful only if and to the extent that the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.
We inform you that only we, as administrators of the website and our application, have access to the personal data provided by the visitor, and only for the purposes described herein. We make every effort to ensure the security of this data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Modification of Terms and Conditions

Partial Invalidity

The Terms and Conditions of use of the Applications, as well as any modifications thereof, are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
